About the Product

Every year, Ise soy sauce is dedicated to the revered Ise Grand Shrine. This special soy sauce is made using whole soybeans and wheat sourced from Mie Prefecture.
"Ise soy sauce" is meticulously crafted with carefully selected ingredients, resulting in a flavor profile that combines the smooth richness of tamari with the captivating aroma of dark soy sauce. Despite its deep complexity, it leaves behind a silky aftertaste without any harsh edges. This unique characteristic allows it to enhance the natural flavors of ingredients without overpowering them, while providing a delightful umami experience.
Nurtured in the seafood-rich region of Ise, this soy sauce is not only ideal for dipping sushi and sashimi but also adds depth when used for simmering dishes. Its versatility makes it a valuable addition to various culinary creations.
