Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for all orders over $150 USD. Orders under $150 USD will incur a shipping fee.

Estimated Transit Time
The "Estimated Transit Time" refers to the time required for your package to travel from Japan to the destination country.
Once the package arrives in your country, customs clearance and local delivery times depend on the National Post Service and may vary.
Delays can occur due to customs or local carriers, which are beyond our control.

Additional Information

• Each order can contain up to 15 items in total.

• For European countries, VAT will be collected at checkout for orders below €150. Orders over €150 are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and customers may need to pay VAT and additional fees upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays during customs clearance.

• If a package is returned due to non-collection or refusal, the shipping fee is non-refundable. A refund will be issued only for the products purchased.

• Orders over 2kg will be split into multiple packages, each with its own tracking code.

• All packages are shipped as International Registered Mail and require the recipient’s signature upon delivery.

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

• Shipping address and contact details cannot be changed after placing the order.

• Rates and delivery times are subject to change without notice.
