Shipping Policy

Zumimi ships eligible orders from Japan primarily via FedEx. The available shipping service, final shipping charge and delivery estimate are shown at checkout for the customer’s destination.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $150 USD: $9.90 USD standard shipping.
• Orders of $150 USD or more: free shipping.

These rates currently apply to supported destinations shown at checkout: Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, supported regions of the United Kingdom, the United States and supported U.S. outlying territories.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. FedEx delivery commonly takes approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, weather or carrier conditions.

Tracking details will be sent after dispatch. FedEx may require a recipient signature depending on the destination and selected service. Large or heavy orders may be divided into multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or FedEx clearance and disbursement fees. Unless the checkout explicitly states that these charges have been collected, they are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by the destination country or FedEx before delivery.

Address changes, refusal and non-collection

Please confirm the shipping address and contact details before placing an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed, and orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If a shipment is returned because it was refused, not collected, or the address was incorrect or incomplete, the original shipping charge and any return, customs or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, contact info@zumimi.net within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened food, cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective or the wrong item was supplied.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused or uncollected shipments. Refund timing may vary by payment provider.

Payment help

My card payment did not go through

Check your billing details and complete any verification requested by your bank. If your bank declines the payment, contact the card issuer. You can also choose another available payment method shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay when offered.

If you are unsure whether an order went through, check for an order confirmation before trying again. For help, email info@zumimi.net with the error message and approximate time. Please do not email your card number, security code or one-time verification code.
